Meeting of shareholders to be held Monday
As recent talks between Taco Club Romania and Taco Club International Institute heat up, the shareholders need time to assess the hostile takeover buyout proposal on the table of "nearly" $1.13.
This takes into account the almost $0.85 TCII has generated in ad revenue for this quarter. All the shareholders need to be available on Monday 3/17/08 at 11:30am in the local branch venue to discuss.
